Day one turned out all it was expected to be. The exhibitor's stands were all well supported and as the week progress the crowds are expected to grow.

The Warbirds section was abuzz with activity with large numbers of aircraft arriving in formation later in the afternoon.

The highlights of the afternoon show without a doubt was the display by the Bell Osprey the arrival of the only flying Fairy Gannett, NASA's Martin (a highly modified Canberra) and the BD5 micro jet.

The aerobatic performances were simply awesome.
