Steady Climb Fly-In number 3, it's happening. 4 Sept. 2021

Press Release

15.08.2021

Aviation was one of the hardest hit sectors during Covid. Steady Climb is the brain child of Franz Smit of PilotInsure. It is an initiative aimed at assisting businesses started by aviators during lockdown.

Steady Climb is a series of Fly-In events held at Rhino Park Airfield. The third one will be held on Saturday the 4th of September 2021. The first two were awesome successes, drawing 45 and 62 aircraft respectively.

What's new? STEADY CLIMB EXPO, an outdoor exhibition of businesses started by aviators during lock down. Even better raffles and prizes. Even better fund-raising initiatives!

When? Saturday, 4 September 2021

Where? Rhino Park Airfield, close to Rayton / Cullinan.

Why? Support fellow aviators who started ventures in the previous 18 months due to job losses and lock downs.

Who? You, your family, your friends who fly and who love everything aviation! Fly in with your pride and joy. Come and enjoy a delicious breakfast on a lovely spring morning.

How Much? The landing fee of R 500 gets you one entry into all the raffles held on the day. A portion goes to Rhino911, a portion to the Steady Climb Beneficiaries and a portion to the venue for airfield upkeep.

STEADY CLIMB EXPO!

Steady Climb is hosting an outdoor exhibition for businesses started during lock down. All Aviation specific companies and newly started businesses by aviators will have exclusive marketing rights.

The only way to support it is to be there: The aviation community is a truly a supportive group of people. The pilot is a generally positive person and a progressive thinker - as such we welcome you to come down and support on the day!

For the Exhibitor: PilotInsure is sponsoring all stand fees of R 250 per stand for all start-ups.

If you would like to come and display your wares, please contact David le Roux on 073 338 5200 or David@PilotInsure.co.za to book your stand.

Discussion pieces and opportunities for you to showcase your business to the crowd are going to be made available.

Only a few stands are left, so don't delay in booking your spot!
